However, we were still getting several requests for a traditional calcium based Sensitive Scalp for those clients who were really sensitive yet needed a relaxer that would process in enough time to properly relaxer the hair to the desired state with no irritation. Especially for partials where length isn't the objective because the sides are continually being cut. They needed it to without any body so it lays flat.
Full disclosure: Sodium hydroxide as well as Calcium hydroxide are non-carcinogenic (meaning non cancer causing) natural elements used in all types of personal products like bar soaps and products including food items. There are no preservatives in our relaxers due to the ph level, which doesn't allow fungus or microbials to grow.
